Badge Pickup and Registration
Badge pickup and onsite registration for local attendees is available at the Attendee Desk, while overseas onsite registration is at the SPIE Desk. Registration and badge pickup hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily.
Credit card payments will be processed at the time of registration.
Badge Corrections
For badge corrections, please visit the Registration Desk. Before approaching the counter, remove your badge from the holder and mark any required changes.
Internet Access
Complimentary wireless internet is available in meeting rooms and lobbies on the conference level. The Wi-Fi information is printed on the backside of your badge.
Coffee Breaks
Location: Room 304A, South Entrance
Complimentary coffee and tea are served daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Light refreshments are available twice a day at 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Lounge
The lounge is located in Room 303D.
Luggage Storage
Luggage storage is located at the foyer near Room 301.
ATMs
An ATM is located on the 1st floor near the East Main Entrance.
Food and Refreshments for Purchase
A convenience store and restaurants are available on the 1st floor.
Lost and Found
Items found during the event will be held at the Registration Desk until 4 December 5:00 PM. Any remaining unclaimed items will be transferred to KEC service desk after the event.
Medical Services
Basic medical assistance is available upon request at the Registration Desk.
